IROs, or Independent Religion Owners, are people who have embraced the Salvation Inc. religion opportunity and elected to join the religion network by building their own religion. The most successful Salvation Inc. IROs enjoy a balance of merchandising Salvation Inc. products to their followers and appeasing their higher level IROs. Growth in their independent religion comes from sharing the Salvation Inc. religion opportunity with others and helping them decide that it is right for them. This is called converting. Salvation Inc. IROs who convert others will have the luxury of more money and power than those who do not convert.
