What is a flock?

Flock is the term used to designate a group of followers under one IRO. Many of these have been converted personally by the IRO, but others were converted by those whom he converted. The IRO continues to lead and tithe his flock, as a result, he earns extra income when his flock earns income. As the IRO's power and riches grow, the “mind” of the flock obtains a blissful state of certainty and security—everybody benefits.
